Sehaye is an influencer marketing platform where brands and agencies gain access to a dashboard through which they can publish briefs, shortlist influencers, communicate with them through the chat feature and go live. The influencers will gain access to a mobile application through which they can browse briefs, apply to campaigns, share their content and get relevant feedback.
To create your account as a brand and gain access to the dashboard follow these steps:

There is no minimum spend at Sehaye. You need to select a minimum of one influencer though in order to execute your campaign. Whether you require 1 influencer or a 100 influencers Sehaye is the best platform for barter campaigns that stand out.
Both brands and agencies can complete the Sign-Up Form on the Sehaye website to create your account. Ensure you fill out all the details correctly, especially regarding your description and logos.
Yes, if you are associated with an agency, you will be allowed to add all the brands you currently are working with on campaigns to streamline the entire process and easily manage multiple clients.
Simply log in to the portal with your credentials, and click the option of Create New in the left column of the portal in Campaigns. The next steps will be guided automatically as below:
Create your campaign overview by filling in the required details.
Enter your influencer preferences in terms of age, gender, reach, etc.
Set the target audience you wish to reach with your campaign.
Define content guidelines for influencers to create content around.
In case, you don’t complete your brief in one go you can rest assured that all your information will be saved as a draft so you continue right from where you left off. If you have multiple campaign requirements you can also save the information as different drafts.
Once your campaign is submitted successfully, it will be rechecked by our Admin Team and should get approved in the next 24-48 hours. If further clarification is required, our team will be reaching out to you directly.
In case you want to delete your campaign after submitting it, please reach out to our admin team who would be happy to understand your concerns and resolve them to the best of their ability.
Once your campaign is live on the portal interested influencers will start to apply. After the application period is over, you can then begin shortlisting from the available profiles on the portal.
Add regarding what information is visible at that point of time
Once you finalise your influencer list and pay for the selected influencers, your chat box will open up allowing you to directly communicate with those influencers regarding brief guidelines, product shipments, and any other concerns.
You can track all your campaigns, which are live on the portal, from the Performance Section on the dashboard in two ways:
Our scheduler feature is designed to help brands stick to their campaign timeline and ensure that influencers go live with the post(s) on time. Once the brand approves the content that is submitted by the influencer they can then schedule the date and time they would like the content to be published by.
Once the influencer submits their deliverables, you are allowed to ask for changes or approve it for posting. In total, you are allowed to ask for revisions twice making it a total of three iterations per influencer submission. To avoid the inconvenience of multiple edits, ensure that your brief is easy to understand with clear guidelines from the get-go.
The campaign payment will be based on your influencer selection and their category. Each category(nano, micro, and macro) has a fixed rate so your final invoice will just depend on the number of influencers you select in each category and taxes. You can rest assured that you are getting the best costs in the industry without the hassles of negotiating rates or paying any extra fees to intermediaries.
That depends on a number of factors such as your campaign objectives, number of influencers, and scale of campaign. Perhaps the best part about using Sehaye is the ability to execute an influencer marketing campaign on your own terms including establishing a clear timeline that works for you and your brand right from the beginning.

There is no cap on the number of influencers you can shortlist. Since we are a barter platform, many brands often execute large campaigns with multiple influencers across categories. So feel free to shortlist as many influencers as you deem fit.
Sehaye provides an option for brands to share a contract with the influencers allowing both parties to be on the same page, manage expectations, and have a clear set of guidelines going forward with the campaign. Both brands and influencers can also safeguard themselves from any potential risks that might be present.
The whole process of contract delivery and signing can be done on the Sehaye platform itself. Brands can easily upload their contract, discuss it with the influencers, and the influencers will be sent notifications reminding them to sign and finally complete the process
The stand by option is made available to brands so that they can always have a substitute ready in case any of the initial shortlisted influencers back out. Brands don’t have to pay any extra fees for the stand by influencers as long as they belong to the same category. For example, if I shortlisted a nano creator my standby replacement can’t be from the micro category.
After the influencer signs the contract they will then confirm their address. It should be visible to you under the product shipment tab on the dashboard. You can then send the barter product on the same address
If you want the influencer to be able to track the product and its delivery you could enter the tracking ID for the influencer to track their delivery on the Sehaye platform. Once the influencer receives the product(s), you will be intimated of the delivery and receipt by the influencer through the app itself
Sehaye sends timely notifications to the influencers ensuring they complete each stage of the campaign process on time. With that said, if the influencer hasn’t submitted the required content you can get directly in touch with them to understand the reason whether personal or professional and set a new submission date. If the influencer is unreachable, please contact our team by emailing us at email@example.com and we will let you know how to proceed further.
Influencers have their own distinct way of making content and keeping their community entertained and engaged. So they might have interpreted your brief in a way different from what you have desired but that creativity is what would make your products appealing. However, if you still feel that the post doesn’t fit your brand, you will be able to request changes or make suggestions via the Sehaye platform.
We always advise brands to get in touch with the influencers directly as most of the time there is a valid reason and the problem can be solved by setting a new live date. If you feel that your campaign going live has been unreasonably delayed please get in touch with us.
The success of the campaign can be measured by referring to our performance metrics which include reach, impressions , URL Clicks from the influencer’s account and metrics like increase in website traffic, conversion from social media, coupons punched etc . You can always reach out to the team for a comprehensive analysis.
Worry not, all you need to do is click on the reset password button on the portal. You will then receive an email on your registered email address from us allowing you to create a new password for your account.
