The Sehaye application caters to our community of influencers offering them the opportunity to pitch their ideas to brands, and get compensated for creating content for the brands they know and love.

After signing up you will be able to access the application but in order to access the campaigns uploaded by the brands you need to link your social media account on Instagram and YouTube. The linking process is simple and automatic. and can be completed by just signing onto your social media
Go to the explore page to find all the campaigns that are currently accepting applications. If you find a campaign that interests you, be sure to carefully read the description explaining the brief before you apply.
Shortlisted: Congratulations you have been selected for the campaign by the brand. Rejected: Unfortunately, the brand has decided to not go forward with you at this time for their campaign. Standby: Essentially, you are waitlisted so in case a shortlisted influencer isn’t able to proceed with the campaign you will be contacted.
Before applying, kindly go through the whole brief that is submitted by the brand. They may have a particular requirement that you aren’t able to fulfil therefore preventing you from successfully submitting your application.
Deliverables are the requirements that the brand has from you in terms of content. For example, they might require 1 story, 2 posts, and 1 reel making these your deliverables. The expected deliverables will be made clear from the very beginning as they will be available in the campaign details and if you’re shortlisted for the campaign in the contract that you will sign.
The influencer-brand contract allows both parties to be on the same page, manage expectations, and have a clear set of guidelines going forward with the campaign. Both brands and influencers can also safeguard themselves from any potential risks that might be present. The agreement will be shared by the brand on the Sehaye app itself. All you have to do is give it a read, accept the terms, and click on ‘sign agreement’.
We understand the importance of protecting your personal data and privacy and it’s a job we take seriously. Personal information linked to an influencer’s profile such as phone number, address, birthdate or other details will NOT be revealed or released to the brands by Sehaye. However, to fulfil the requirement of a barter exchange, at the shipping stage, the influencers’ address will be made available for the brands to view.
After receiving the products, please record a video while unboxing the package for the first time. This video will be used as proof if you have received a damaged product and would need to exchange it. In case you actually receive a defective product, get in touch with the brand and they will replace it.
When uploading your content for approval make sure to follow all the campaign and content guidelines shared by the brand. You can be requested to resubmit your content if the requirements and guidelines are not met the first time. Once the brand approves your content, the post will be scheduled for a particular date or time which will be visible on the calendar.
Keeping track of multiple campaigns simultaneously with differing timelines can be difficult which is where our scheduler feature comes in. On the scheduler you will be able to see the exact date and time of each and every approved deliverable for each and every campaign that’s ongoing for you. Not only that, but you will also be receiving timely notifications so you never miss a deadline again!
An influencer can apply to as many campaigns as that they qualify for. In fact, the greater number of campaigns you apply to the greater your chance of getting selected. New campaigns will be shown on the explore page on the app whereas all ongoing campaigns will be shown on the campaigns tab.
If your application status for a campaign is placed on standby all you can do is wait. In case, a shortlisted influencer is unable to complete the campaign you will be contacted and can then begin creating the required content for the brand.
For each and every campaign that you are shortlisted for, you will be able to chat with the brand’s point of contact directly through our in app chat feature. You can use this to clear out any doubts or queries regarding the campaign or a particular deliverable.
The shipment and tracking details of the product will be shared by the brand once the products have been shipped. The same will be updated and reflected on the app and you can then track the package on third party websites.
The brand can have a variety of content requirements depending on the objectives of the particular campaign. You can be asked to submit a static/video story, static post, a carousel, a video, or a reel. No matter the type of content, remember that you have the creative freedom to integrate the product in a way that feels authentic to you and your community.

Once the brand has approved your content and scheduled the posting date, you have to post the approved content on the given date and time with the captions and tags as mentioned by the brand for it to be valid. After publishing please share the live content link with the brand for validation

Under the campaign tab on the application, there is a completed section where you can see all your past campaigns and collaborations along with their details.
Worry not, all you need to do is click on the reset password button on the portal. You will then receive an email on your registered email address from us allowing you to create a new password for your account.
